Analog Laser Harp - A simple analog laser harp

This is a project I did as my 'final' for UCSD Eletronic Technologies I (VIS 147A). When the lasers' line from the top of the harp are broken, a photoresistor sets off a 555 timer that's being used as a oscillator to create a basic sound wave. Potentiometers (knobs) on the harp can change the pitch (by changing the resistance).

This was my first experience with electronics ever including soldering, striping wires, etc.
